I ordered and paid for a hair system as arush order, guaranteed 3 weeks. It has now been 3 months and I have yet to receive my order. Each time I send an email asking about my order, I am given an excuse and the order never arrives. They do not respond and when you do, it is a bull$#*! excuse. I doubt I will ever see my order. $600 I will never see again. Learn from someone who was burned and stay away!

We are terribly sorry for this late response to the negative comment. It was a 2015 comment. And this is what happened: After making a custom-order item for one of our customers, we realized some quality issues. So we immediately asked our factory to make a new one for the customer, and the expected delivery time was delayed.
The comment was put there in 2015. Now we are in 2022. The problem was sorted out a long time ago. The customer was happy in the end. If we had been making money fraudulently, we would have been out of the trade already. But the truth is: after seven years, New Times Hair is still here today, growing, and has developed a partnership with over 3000 wholesale clients. They are qualified stylists and salon owners from over 200 countries.
We have called for all our partnering clients to testify for us. Whenever there is an issue with our orders or other things, they can contact us immediately, and we will try our best to solve it.
