I was about to make a purchase online but had a question so I called Customer Service. The first person I spoke to did not clearly answer my questions and kept repeating the same responses over and over, I told her "Yes, I understand". Then she put her supervisor on the phone who kept repeating the same responses and got very short tempered when I asked for clarification, I asked her to please be patient and answer my questions, I'm just trying to understand. She started yelling at me and when I tried to ask a question she shouted over me and became more angry. I will never deal with Kirklands again. Horrible customer service!
