Was happy that the product I was looking for was available and how quickly the shipment arrived; however the bottle was cracked and had leaked. The box was obviously too small for the bottle and packing. Also happy that I received a quick response to my email to customer service about the cracked bottle. I did not realize that there was an additional fee for "package protection" which for a company that mostly ships bottles, I was surprised they need to have this. I will not be spending the additional $50 to have the bottle replaced.
