We recently booked with this company and due to family issues had to cancel. On the homepage of their website, they displayed a badge that said 100% cancelable. Of course when we canceled they sent the fine print, so explain why they were keeping our $2300. 00. So I asked to reschedule until next June, which they refused to do as well. I would suggest not to use this website for any of your vacation planning.
