My partners phone was robbed so he could not access his RA app with the tickets, unfortunately he could not reset his password etc either due to authenticator codes being sent to his phone. He emailed RA a number of times asking for assistance and offering to send over ID etc as the concert was going to be on and we couldn't get the tickets. They kept ignoring his emails and emailed AFTER the concert saying they couldnt help and its there policy. Not good enough - they were contacted in plenty of time before the concert and will not refund even though they know the tickets were not used. Sometimes people lose their phones there needs to be some more help in these instances!
