I'd bought a ticket from them to attend Charlotte De Witte's after party at ExchangeLA night club on 5/14/2022. When I showed up to the venue, the front desk staff at ExchangeLA claimed they do not work with 3rd party vendors and scanned my qr code to no success. I reached out to customer support on the app (which had a notice that I would receive a response typically in several hours time) but never received any response on the app nor any email to date. I've disputed my original purchase and will be avoiding RA guide from here on out. Highly do not recommend.
Tip for consumers:
It's disappointing because I had successfully purchased a ticket for a different event before from them and successfully attended that time. Had I known they were going to waste my time and money this time around, I would have saved myself the trouble and bought a ticket from a different vendor.
