I have ordered a "Small Roses Bunch" on 23 June 2023, but after few hours I recieved a phone call from MyFlowerApp stating that they were not able to deliver the product. One day later they provided a coupon code. So I ordered a "Succulent Plant" on 27 June 2023 using coupon code, and which was to delivered on 1 July 2023, but still I'm waiting. While status is showing "COURIER". I have emailed MyFlowerApp 12 times, but failed to get proper resposne, except few positive words.
I'm taking suggestions from some leagal advisors.
