“Never ending payment”

I canceled my service with cc on August 25th.
Paid the October bill. Got another November bill. They said that they charge a month ahead.
What was October bill. Ok give them that one. I did ask did the November bill cover everything?
Was assured it did.
Just got a late noice on another $15 unpaid bill.
Paid it not to go through the BS.
Never ending process to leave CC.
