Poor craftsmanship and poor customer service! That should sum it up! Stay away! I have a few of the correspondence (copies upon request) between customer service. You'll be the judge!

Tip for consumers:
I think they have a good product. But their customer service and policy needs to be clearer. In my case, the customer service person I dealt with was not trained and familiar with good business policies.
