I had made purchase on Ezbuy, and the item came totally different from the pictures and description. I posted comment on their facebook page and sent them email. Nothing was done. Only standard replies. No solution. Very poor service.
I have placed the order and made payment more than a month ago. I have also been checking every week on the "Contact Us" tab with the customer service on the status on my order. Now, they are unable to track my shipment, and force me to accept refund. What is this? This is a breach of contract.
