Terrible. Ordered a custom glove... spent $400+ They sent glove with the wrong colors. After I contacted them, they ignored me. DON'T waste your time or hard earned money with this Company. They don't care about their customers. Despite his rebuttal below, the glove was NOT Royal... it was almost black. His coach agreed that the color was wrong. Despite what he says below, I'm easily pleased... but this was made wrong and he wouldn't make it right.

Customer received her Custom glove and it was made EXACTLY as she had ordered it. She did not like the color of the Royal leather. We explained that Royal is the same color of the Dodgers and Mets but she said she didn't like it. We explained that there was nothing wrong with the glove and that she could not return it because she didn't like the Royal color. We have been selling Custom gloves on the internet for over 15 years and we have an A+ rating from the Better Business Bureau. This woman could not be pleased.
