I bought several items and during the two week return window I went on the site and tried to initiate a return. The website did not give me an option for a refund so I emailed. They responded back to me with a link to their website to initiate the return that wasn't giving me the option of the refund. These emails have gone on for WEEKS, maybe 20 emails in total and never get an actual answer or help.
I'm still within the 30 day store credit window but the website also won't give me that option- it says nothing can be returned even though their policy says it can.
I truly think that they intentionally delay helping to get past the 30 day window so you can't return anything.
What a disaster and frustrating experience. I would NEVER buy something from this site again and have never experienced so little help. What a mess.
