Do not buy from this place! It's a scam. As others mentioned quality is subpar. Items look good only in the photos. But worse than that, they will bring any excuse to not to refund you. I returned an item with tags attached, in its original condition and packaging within 2 days of receiving it. They rejected the return and sent me photos with huge stains on the item! I was literally shook. They never honored my words and I am still trying to get my money back through the credit card company. What a mess!

Do not buy from this place! It's a scam. As others mentioned quality is subpar. Items look good only in the photos. But worse than that, they will bring any excuse to not to refund you. I returned an item with tags attached, in its original condition and packaging within 2 days of receiving it. They rejected the return and sent me photos with huge stains on the item! I was literally shook. They never honored my words and I am still trying to get my money back through the credit card company. What a mess!

Purchased a blouse that was obviously defective with short, uneven sleeves and poorly glued feathers that had gaps. Company issued a credit for only a portion of what I paid...they charged me shipping as well as the return shipping! Should not charge a customer shipping for a defective product, whether or not that item is on sale. They don't seem to care about their customers. Items are made in China and they look good in their catalog photos, but appear very cheap when you see them in person. Will never purchase from this place again...

Tip for consumers:
Don't purchase from this company. Cheaply made products, poor returns and customer service.

The clothes are overpriced for the quality and the customer service is a straight up joke. They bury all the rules about returns and will do everything in their power to not refund you. They state you need to read the full website prior to purchasing and hide behind. My advise is do not waste your money. With all the choices out there these days, spend your money elsewhere.

Tip for consumers:
They will force you to use "promotional" codes that are automatically applied, that way they do not have to honor refunds. They do not give you the option to pay full price in case the item does not work out. They are not transparent in any way. Again, too many options these days to deal with cheap, overpriced clothing and poor customer service.

Ordered a $120 sweater on Sept 5th. It never arrived. When I reached out to their customer service, they told me It was my fault b/c I didn't pay $.99 for optional insurance & basically told me that they can't help me or give me a refund for their item that never shipped out to me. Thankful Instagram will support the customer & refund you in full. I had to go through insta to get the refund. Don't order from this place, pretty sure it's a scam.

I ordered the pretty woman silk set. For the £90 it costs i was expecting decent quality but the material was thin and see through, not a heavy satin at all.
Anyways I sent it for return &refund.
I was later sent a refund in store credit. I had sent my parcel for return as soon as id received it but it had fallen outside of the 14day refund policy. So bare that in mind if you are from the uk or anywhere else you probably wont be able to return it in time. (also a bit hypocritical since the item I ordered took over 14 days to arrive but whatever) and It costs £25 to ship.
Anyways I went to look on the shop to find something else i might like to use my store credit towards. Then when i went to checkout they have hiked the shipping cost to £91!

UPDATE!
They sent me an apologetic email and provided me with free shipping, so Ive ordered two new items with my store credit. Hopefully these are better :) maybe its just the silk set i didn't like... we shall see.

See1 site and Ruumur and sezzle are time consuming to effectuate returns and communicate effectively. Lots of unread emails requesting one repeats what was said in email that aren't ready until after about seven business days. Never again for me. Items are dramatically reduced. L size in men shirt runs big. Proof that items were returned, were received. Waiting for sezzle to be informed items were returned.

I bought several items and during the two week return window I went on the site and tried to initiate a return. The website did not give me an option for a refund so I emailed. They responded back to me with a link to their website to initiate the return that wasn't giving me the option of the refund. These emails have gone on for WEEKS, maybe 20 emails in total and never get an actual answer or help.
I'm still within the 30 day store credit window but the website also won't give me that option- it says nothing can be returned even though their policy says it can.
I truly think that they intentionally delay helping to get past the 30 day window so you can't return anything.
What a disaster and frustrating experience. I would NEVER buy something from this site again and have never experienced so little help. What a mess.

If I could give zero stars I would. This place is so scammy.

Rumours sent me products that were expensive yet cheaply made and did not look or fit like the photos they advertised. I followed their return policy to a T and returned the two items unworn with tags attached in the original packaging.

After weeks, they only refunded me for one item and claimed never to have gotten the other (they were in the same package). They completely ignored my communication asking how that's even possible and what we can do to solve it.

USPS said the package was delivered successfully and that there were no damages. After experiencing Rumours' selling process, it's clear to me that there was an error made in receiving inventory. I say this because they would send emails to me apologizing that items would not get to me on time even thought I had already received the items. They have no idea what inventory they have and who they've sold what to.

They blocked me on social media after warning people that you can't trust that the items will be what you ordered, nor can you trust their return process.

They completely ignore communication (they don't have a phone number) and will leave emails unanswered until you hound them on social media.

Never in my life have I left a review like this, but now I am out of both the money and the clothes and they couldn't care less. Don't shop there.

The quality of clothing on Rumours is disastrous, ugly, terrible, and of course nothing as pictured. I was disappointed mainly about myself because I always read reviews about websites I have never purchased from and if it is bad I abroad from the website quickly, well not this time, for the first time I told myself to ignore it and try, but what's worse is that all my clothes where on Final Sale so, yup! Not returns. I was so mad! I wrote to them, but of course, instead of perhaps offering at least in-store credit, they responded with what sounded to me "your fault for being stupid! Everything is on Final Sale, so no return". Looks like some businesses prefer to lose the pissed-off client which will never return and many more in the future, because of my review, of course, I will warn everybody I can to stay away from the! Great job Rumours! Guess what? You and your business suck big time! I lost $150, but you will lose way much more than I! I am sick and tired of Chinese companies flooding us with cheap a...s products!

Their policy says 14 days from receiving. My package didn't arrive to me in time and they wouldn't honor the 14 day return policy! Horrible company bad quality clothes and terrible customer service!

If you're looking for the perfect top for this Valentine's Day, this one from Rumours is it! This was the first item I've ever got from this store and I love how great of quality it is. The silk is perfect for a romantic night out or out with the girls for Galentine's. I got a size small and the fit was perfect.
