Bought a helmet labeled as One Size Fits All, once it arrived, it was much too small for my head, and I have a smaller head than most males to begin with. Tried to contact them multiple times and received no response until we filed a complaint through the credit card company. They sent a document trying to prove that they had sent us an email, but it looked more like they opened Google Docs and typed in a response and printed it in an attempt to save themselves. Never received any email from them and I had put my email in correctly, so we for sure would've known if they had contacted us back.
