"Ordered October 5th because they advertised est delivery Oct 25th. More than enough time to complete my costume and I paid extra $25 for Express shipping. It's now November 9th and Xcoser has not replied to my emails, contact us page, calls etc. I have never used them before but I definitely won't use them again. Hate to barrage anyone but it's their fault for the poor customer experience and they left me no choice but to open a Paypal dispute. Xcoser. Here's a hint. Apologizing to your customers because you were overwhelmed with orders due to the time of year and being transparent that their order will not be recieved on time is MUCH better than not answering or replying to them and leaving them in the dark to guess what's going on. Take some time to take care of your customer orders instead of posting on Facebook. Order XSP-4619. BE Responsible AND Professional! Resolve it and refund me!"
