Poor customer service. Very ridged with polices. I wanted to buy a car to ship to Nigeria, they gave me a very high cost of shipping that was twice higher ($2,270) than what shipping companies where charging, and when i got a shipping who was willing to ship at $900 they refused saying i must use their own approved shipping company. I asked for a refund and it is taking over a week to respond.

We have checked your history of transactions, and the $2,270 was the total cost of shipping out of California (ground transportation to the exit port + ocean transportation to Nigeria). As per our Terms and conditions, if you would like to do your own Ocean shipping, the ground (inland) must be on us. Hence, you were able to choose your own Ocean shipping agent.
