Rugs.com provided an excellent experience for me. I was looking for a runner rug to replace a very old one that had gone beyond its time. After searching through hundreds of rugs, I selected one that arrived very promptly. Unfortunately, the colors turned out to not be what I wanted so I contacted them and was able to return it very easily at their expense. It's so nice to see a reputable company take responsibility for their products. I would definitely order from them again and highly recommend it to others.

Besides low pay, I was NEVER paid for Project Mashel. I wrote at least 12 times and included notes on my invoice but I never had any responses whatsoever. I will now file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and anywhere else I can find.
I'm also going to insist that all of the pictures and videos I sent for the project be immediately returned to me.
