The veterinarian Banfield used this chipping service however after my pet was chipped I was never able to register my pet either on line or over the phone. If calling Homeagain no one answers and the connection would drop after 10 minutes of waiting on hold. If I got a live person they always transfered the call back into the recording and eventually the call would drop. No service to speak of and now I have to rechip my pet with a different vet and chip service
Tip for consumers:
Do not go with Homeagain microchip service or Banfield Veterinarian both rip you off and endanger your pet and your finances.
