We had booked months in advance for our return trip to the airport. We waited outside in the snow with a newborn and toddler at 5.50am after we were told the driver was coming at 5.55 via text. Turns out this was a total lie and the driver was 2hrs away and we missed our flight having to pay £1000 to rebook!
Terrible communication and unhelpful customer service who told us to call if we missed our flight at the airport but when we did we were told to write an email and that it was not their problem.
Couldn't more strongly discourage anyone using this service. Just awful.
