While I have purchased thousands of dollars in the past, I just had my first return. Mailed back, and now they say it will be a month before I am given credit. It took 1 day to bill me, this is a horrible process!

Tip for consumers:
Be sure you have funds available for a return as it can take up to 60 days for a refund. I used a check card which was not smart.
