Locked into Adelaide by your system when it is not available for the required dates. Have to pay extra for weekends which combined with the inflated taxes cost, I end up paying for the cost of the room but with loads of restrictions. And I'm locked in to pay for something I don't want unless I cancel my card which I will do if this is not sorted quickly. I will not be paying for this system that is far more a scam than a service or a good deal

I have been dealing with Filmora for two and a half weeks on an issue that should be so easy, but here I am still waiting for help. They claim 24/7 customer service which is actually one email a day with a 3 to 4-day break over the weekend. Their emails don't directly address the issue or any questions that you have so I suspect the whole thing may be a bot. I have been getting suggestions to do my end that are out of context or simply don't work. This very frustrating experience has held up progression in my business and is not sorted out as yet. And being online there is nothing that I can do. Do yourself a favour and find a company that has actual customer service.
