The company is evidently not interested in writers' services. They will give you cumbersome rules and regulations, fine you for absolutely nothing, and you'll live every day with threats of account termination. The support is also very rude to writers, and really don't understand the meaning of "support." If you have your money and want to purchase a WriterBay account, my friend piga tu sherehe (just eat it); otherwise, you are throwing away the money.
