I submitted countless documents by mail, fax, and email. Too no avail they'd continue to ask for more paperwork. Sometimes requesting the same documents over and over! Hired them in June 2015. They recently sent a letter stating they're closing my case. Because of failure to communicate or due to the length of time your file has been on hold.
