I work from home and somedays if I need something i cannot nove from home. I have even the fam subscription. More than once after 30 35 min waiting they cancel the order without any reason, so I stopped to use it too often bit as I paid for fam last time I tried to purchase from them. Again they have a missing item so they sent me a message saying that one item was missing and in the sms there was an offer to swap with another product, to write 1 if I wanted the swap or ignore the message, ensuring that if I was not accepting the swap they were going to send the other items anyway. So I tried to reply choosing the swap but my reply was not able to be delivered so they sent me another message saying "you did not accept the substitution so we removed the item from the basket and we will send you the remaining items" I waited other 15 minutes so 45 min in total and they cancelled my order saying "we received your request to cancel the order you will receive the refund in 5-7 business days" but I NEVER cancelled the order, and also the 45min caused me a problem also cause I had to replace the order somewhere else during the working hours and it is difficult for me to go out or monitoring the delivery. I did anyway. Obviously I contacted the customer service to complain for a cancellation of the order I never made! They replied we are sorry for the canc3lled order but you will receive the refund. What?!? I never requested the cancellation, why they cancelled without an authorisation by me?! Absolutely worst company ever, worst customer service and worst value! Shame on you

BULB INVITED me to change to normal meter to a smart one. For free!
When the engineer came here I had 1pound and 20 p. The period that they took to switch to old to new was COVERED as they said, I didn't need to top up. Today I woke up with no electricity and my card to use in a paypoint arrived yesterday. So they activated my meter today.
At 9 o'clock i pay by card 20 pounds and bulb send me an email with a code to top up manually, I entered in the main meter and I waited after 1 hour my electricity was missing still, so I called over the phone and they asked me to pay other 10 pounds and to recall to ask the refunds of the previous 20s. I did the second time the 10 pounds worked so I have now like 9 pounds on my meter. The first payment of 20s is not related to any usage cause "I was covered until they activate my meter". So where are my 20 pounds? What kind of debit you charged me? Even if the coverage period was not free(but it was) how I spent 20 pounds? 1 week 20 pound 1 bed flat?
I need day by day the usage from the 8th of Jun to today please cause I want my 20s back!
This is thift, fraud

This site is so corrupt they took 71.00 from me when I accidentally signed up for the FAM...
