We ordered dog food and had it on auto ship every 3 weeks. Last week it was supposed to be shipped 10/4. Now on 10/6 my dogs ran out of food. I called customer service and they told me the store was out of stock. (Which was a lie) while they had me on hold I called the store from my husbands phone and asked them if they had the food in stock. By that time the customer service rep who just told me they called the store and were told they where out of stock the gentleman from the store told me on speaker phone they were not out of stock, and they were not out of stock on that food for quite a while. Customers service then told me they would contact the store and it would be on my door step the very next day. That call took place 10/9. So on 10/10 the food still did not arrive. I drove a half hour to the store and bought a small bag. Hopefully it comes tomorrow but I highly doubt it. Don't sign up for reoccurring shipments because your pet will starve before you get your order. I'm switching their food to something that isn't a pet I brand so this won't happen anymore. Buyer beware don't rely on them to have your shipment when you need and their customer support will lie to try to get out of being at fault or make the mistake right.
