Purchased online and they were delivered relatively fast. Product is good. They don't really give you any pictures or full description of the part. The biggest flaw is the way you have to tighten it. It has a small Phillips head slot on the back side of the threaded portion. This strips out very easily. Looks and price point were good (a lot better than a HD purchased one).
They provide a large selection of compatible parts for my HD motorcycle.
Product looks and price compared to HD. They cost half as much for the same product.
