I ordered glasses and paid for expedited shipping. I cannot track my order on their site. I get confusing and contradictory messages from their customer service, and as of today I dont know where the glasses are. Where are my glasses?

Sorry if there was a misunderstanding about the production plus the shipping process.
You ordered the glasses on October 3rd, your lenses require a 6 business days production, plus 2 business days quality assurance plus 3-5 business days express shipping, so the glasses are actually on time.
They are currently in the delivery process, and you should receive them imminently.

We are trying to be as clear as possible about the time it takes to produce and deliver the glasses to you, and its stated on our website. We are sorry that this was unclear to you.
