I signed a contract expecting to live at the property at 1604 Marlowe Avenue for a year. Laurie Patterson and Howard Patterson sold the place with no warning not even a month after I moved in and expected me and my roommates to vacate the premises within 30 days. This is an unconscionable act for anyone claiming to provide housing.

In addition to this, my room was clearly unfinished--paint flecks all over the floor, etc--the shower had a dangerously dated and slippery surface, and they were very slow to provide assistance for the problems we had with the front door lock. Would recommend staying away from properties owned by RentBuyOhio at all costs.
