“Amazing customer service”

I own multiple monoprice items and alot of that is because of the few times I did have to contact customer service for something It was alwayse a plesent experience and my issues were resolved quickly and I was alwayse got off the phone with a wow that was a great experience so for that I am leaving 5 stars... Also their products.
