I never received my MLB tickets, and vividseats customer service refused to compensate my account. Don't use these lightweights - stick with the trusted online ticket companies.

Very nice site - well designed and user friendly.

I attempted to purchase gift cards twice, with two different credit cards, and both times CardCookie required me to send them a scan of my driver's license to complete my order. I use dozens of online sites and this is the only one that asks for me to share sensitive information. Not worth the security risk to save a few dollars - I cancelled the orders and used another gift card site.
