1. Their products probably get limited sale, because they apply to a specific industry (music production), but if you do use virtual instruments, I can't recommend you buy from them. They use an unpack system called rar which is slightly more confusing than zip files but that isn't the worst of it. 2. They have a secondary authentication system, that just doesn't work once you have the instrument installed. 3. Their support is awful. Convoluted, confusing, no team viewer, or zoom or whatever to help you out. They put all the blame on you. I suppose it works for computer savvy people. I personally can't recommend them at all.
