Abysmal customer service. Placed an order with "expedited shipping", but one month, 45 minutes on the phone waiting for their customer service department, and three emails later I haven't received it. Nor have I received a response to half of my customer service inquiries. Reporting them to my credit card company.
Tip for consumers:
Find another vendor. I can’t imagine a more frustrating experience just trying to get my order, which I still haven’t received.
