This company has taken 327e from my account for 3nights hotel stays i tried to redeem and when i did they said it was cancelled iv asked for my money to be out back in my account but they say i redeemed it but iv nothing im so stressed over this im an old age pensioner and iv told them this why is this company allowed to be in busness this is shameful
