I BOUGHT AN ITEM, BUT WHEN RECIEVED IT WAS NOT AS DESCRIBED, FAR FROM IT. I CONTACTED THEM AND THEY SAID THEY HAD A DIFFERENT EMAIL FOR ME, WHICH WAS AN OLD ONE NO LONGER IN USE...I EXPLAINED TO THEM, BUT WHEN I BOUGHT THE VOUCHER THEY CONFIRMED IT UNDER MY NEW EMAIL! WHEN I TRIED TO CHANGE MY EMAIL ADDRESS ON THEIR SITE IT WOULD NOT ALLOW ME. THEY NOW SAY THEY CANNOT HELP ME! I EVEN FORWARDED THE CONFIRMATION EMAIL FROM THEM. THE ONLY WAY FORWARD FOR THIS IS THE OMBUDSMAN
I joined the premim platform, thinking they would take money out mo thly, so if i did not like it, i cna cancel within 14 days. They took the whole years money, so i cancelled the following day, so basically i was on there for 1 day. The then refunded but kept £65! FOR ONE DAYS MEMBERSHIP!
Tip for consumers: Make sure you read the terms and coniditions! If you cancel after a day you will be charged £65!!!
