I subscribed to Angies Leads with my small business. The lead cost is very high and the options to pause lead flow are poor. For some leads the price you pay is over 40% of the price of the job. They place you in a bad position of not being able to slow lead flow so they can push more leads and collect. While trying to cancel they pushed more products and rude language. Disgracefully business start to finish.
My plaque came in with a slightly off cut to where it did not fit right in my plaque holder. I Contacted the support line and they got back to me and sent a new plaque the next day. Would recommend.

“I’m dealing with the same issues. Upwork only charges if you win the bid, this company literally charges anyone who contacts a customer, win or no win. That’s poor business ethics and I’ll be reporting to the BBB for this unethical conduct.”
