I strongly recommend avoiding weldingsupply.com. They are awful. I placed an order, the website did NOT say the item was out of stock. Once I placed the order, I got an email saying, "expected arrival 10 days" but not arrival to me. No one contacted me proactively or anything to say that it was backordered when I placed the order.
I then got a Google review email, so I left a review stating as such. Well THAT prompted a call from them. Was it to provide good customer service? Nope. It was to cancel my order because they didn't like getting a bad review. They lied and said I called to check status - I've never called them, I've been waiting patiently for my order and was just disappointed that it was backordered when I placed it despite the website not stating "OUT OF STOCK."
Definitely avoid weldingsupply.com as they have ZERO customer service skills.
