I have spent a lot of money at GameStop with 3 boys. I went online to buy 3 Oculus. I submitted my order and it was declined. However it did take the $900 out of my bank account to hold. When I called customer service crying because I have killed myself working to get this money they were so horrible to me. They told me that they can't help me that my money will go back on my card eventually. They even laughed a little while saying it like it was no big deal and oh my bad. Christmas is in 5 days. I won't have presents for them. It's not funny and it is a big deal. When I asked why take the money and hold it if the transaction was declined. They said I can only buy one system at a time online. I don't think that is true. My business will never come through here again but with it being as big of a company as it is they truly do not care about customers and they don't mind that. Why would they.
