I am looking at starting a competitor company to this company after the horrible customer service, people deserve better. Won't take much to be better! They treat people with such disrespect! Just proving a point!
Tip for consumers:
Worst customer service of any company in America. Would never want anyone to experience the terrible way I was treated by the customer service reps at both Dooney & Bourke and Ilovedooney.
Products used:
Was never delivered! Called customer service and put on hold two times over 3 hours! No one should buy a thing from a company who cares nothing about customers! They lie about customer service, never got item ordered and customer service agent cared less and hung up!! Will post on social media how bad was treated and gladly show how badly treated! DON’T buy from Dooney&Burke. Totally thieves and care less about how they treat you!!!
