I know they make a good Product but they seem to have a habit of selling product they don't actually have. They did it with my MK3+, they have done it with parts and filament orders, they did it with the XL and now they are doing the same thing with the MK4. They take your money and promise the world. 2 weeks, then 4 weeks then six weeks then 8 weeks, then 10 weeks and not they say just a little bit longer... They were sure quick to charge my credit card on day 1. I would be OK waiting the extra weeks IF they didn't take the money day 1, charge the card when you actually have product to ship. Pruse does NOT EVER, EVER send an update, it is up to you to check with them (and that's not easy) and then you get the song and dance about production delays. There are many manufactures out there that seem to treat you as a customer, much better.
If I seem a little Angry, well when You buy something and they say we have them in stock and are shipping. We sold our MK3+ as the MK4 will be here soon as I paid for three day delivery. Then only to wait 10 weeks to be told they still are not ready to ship. Ya I am not Happy. Sorry but REALLY CRAPPY business practices.

Tip for consumers:
Service- Hard to rate their service because there is absolutely no customer interaction from them.
Value- , don't know as it was never shipped
Shipping- well it sucks because they don't ship
Returns- Don't have to return as it was never shipped
Quality- at this point I would say the quality is poor but then I didn't get it.

Products used:
None as after two and a half months, it was never shipped. Never ever heard from Prusa as to the delays.
Buying an Ultimaker next week and they have shipping dates.

We asked about the system and was told to go online and you can download the install book. In it it tells you how to add other manufactures cameras. Perfect so we bought a system. In reality it is there, but Lorex has blocked it and now you can only use Lorex cameras, which are kinda crappy. Had they been honest we would not have purchased, now trying to return. Scam company so not recommended. They mislead you and then say sorry, he must have been new. It is stiil in the manual you can do it, but they lie.

Tip for consumers:
Do NOT recommend this company as the mislead us into buying the stuff and the we find it does not work with the existing cameras we have, as we were told it would. now they want about $1000.00 for all new cameras.

We bought the first one and it,... worked. They then recommended I upgrade to the 2nd one, it worked better for a while. They recommended that we buy the third HD Pro unit, so we did. They have never EVER worked as advertised. When I get a indication that someone is at the house or ring the door bell, I log in immediately only to find the person left 20 min ago. Never Ever, have we been able to answer the door bell via ring, and still find the person there. Then they lost my account. Now they want a cell phone to do 2 factor. I have a cell phone but no data. I dont want it! I am being told my ring will no longer work unless I set up two factor with a cell phone...! SO I have about $800 worth of Ring Crap that I can no longer use. Great company, I bet the founder would be proud as I spoke to him when he was getting started. Great work guys, you really screwed up a decent company.

We renovated and I picked Miele products. My Mistake. Spent $12,000.00 on Miele products. They sure looked good, for a while.

The Microwave was so *** low power and no features. They wanted $500.00 for a trim kit. We went to walmart and bought a better one after three months. Toss the Microwave.

The dishwasher had to be serviced after only one month. To date it has never dried the dishes no matter what products we use. If we can catch the end of cycle and open the door after one of its two hour wash cycles, it seems to do a better job. Went out last week and ordered a Bosch. Will be tossing this one too.

Now the Wall oven. Was great for a while but no some of the features are disappearing. The self clean has never work and now the temperature indicator has failed. Miele say you should be able to still use it. They say call a tech to see if it is repairable at $125.00 per hour. This to tell me it is junk and should be replaced.

Well I have made a huge mistake and Miele is willing to do... NOTHING to help!

I would stay as far away as possible, No customer service and they give you the feeling they really dont care.

User's recommendation: Dont waste your money as the products are low quality and fail quickly.

This company has some of the neatest ideas and designs available today. Bought some to outfit our new house and it looked great. When it comes to reliability they tend to swing to the opposite end of the pendulum. The first light failed after a year and the second one followed suite months later. We at out own expense replaced the lamps, that did not work. Then we replaced the ballasts, that did not work. Then we replaced the dimmer, and of course that was not it either. Then we swapped it all out for LED parts, including the lamps, ballasts, dimmer. Well they still don't work. Turns out it is a faulty fixture(s). Repair or replacement parts are non existent. When you talk to the tech people they tell you to go to the dealers. But the dealers say buy a different product. Was told the new design would be available in two months. Two months later, check and no product. Call Tech lighting and "they will be available in two months" Two months later, check and no product. Call Tech lighting and "they will be available in two months" Well it has been over to two years, these lights have not worked. I call again to Tech lighting and this time I quote "Unfortunately, we are only the manufacture and do not deal direct with the public. Some of our showrooms do not stock items but will be happy to place a order for you for the items that you are currently needed. This item is currently on back order and this will not be available till after 6/28 due to this item coming in complete from overseas."
Well two years is quite long enough. And the frustration of Dealing with Tech Lighting. They give you a list of places to shop and non have their product. They clearly do not care for their consumer's who bought their products in the first place. I think the shops are just as frustrated and they certainly are tired of seeing me, asking are they available yet? I am now going to take their advice and purchase another product.

I get a flyer in the mail and find an item I am interested in. I drive (25) to the store only to be told "OH that was a misprint" The ad was wrong and the picture in the ad was wrong. You only get one battery and not two. And the charger is a single not the double as shown in the flyer. But thanks for coming. I went home and checked, there was no correction posted on their web site. Dont they have to honor their ads?

When you order, the say (7 - 13 business days). After 20 days, I call. They say wait 30 days, then call again. I wait 30 days and call again, they now say wait 60 days. WHAT HAPPENED to 7-13 days. What happens in 60 days, they will tell me to wait 90 days. This is another scam, they take your money and poof... gone.

Order a product and it came the wrong size. I know my size but their garments do not fit that way. The claim this if I want a return I have to pay to ship and they will not refund the cost of shipping to me. I loose twice for their mistake. Stay away unless you like to loose money.
