“Canceled "unlimited plan" because my son used it "excessively"”

This lousy service dropped my son's account because he "abused" the "unlimited " service.
Ridiculous. When I asked about it, I got a curt reply and they blocked my account. I feel like I'm a child; like a teen who got blocked from calling someone. Unbelievable. This phone company will stop your service if you use your unlimited plan too much. Makes sense.
