VROOM website says my contract was NOT APPROVED. They then threaten to relist my car if I don't pay.

DON'T!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Products used:
I'm still waiting for confirmation that my contract was approved. Their website says it was not approved but they say they want their money or they will relist my car. I have phoned them a minimum of 5 times to ask for an email confirming my contact was approved and they refuse.
