I just learned today that if u even MENTION the word missing or any word inferring such, then they AUTOMATICALLY lock not only your card but your account as well! No in person withdrawals. No direct withdrawal payments on bills you may have set up! Even if u specifically ask to not report it missing. And the waiting period for the new card? 10 F-ing business days! 🤬🏽 immediately decided to end service with this "bank"!

Tip for consumers:
Customer service was rude, completely ignorant about their own policies and had no hierarchy or chain of power to speak with.
