They also lied saying they gave me 3 shots in the stomach to prevent clotting which never happened. Some moron doctor told me that if I didn't take aspirin and Plavix for the rest of my life I would be dead in 6 months. Well you idiot, 9 years later I am still alive and still not taking any medications. Your "patient relations" representative said that anything that is in the medical records is fact. Anything I claimed saying that I told everyone that I didn't take medications since it wasn't in the file never existed. Pat Streleki from Independent Medical Network filed a fraudulent Medicaid application and caused me to illegally be put on Medicaid. Some wrinkly old doctor lied saying that I called her a *B* which never happened. I called her worthless and incompetent. She also lied saying that I refused to sign the AMA form. But since nobody mentioned it to me when I walked out due to their unprofessionalism I can't refuse to sign something that was never presented to me. A nurse illegally took a blood draw after I told her that she wasn't allowed to after the IV dried up. Some moron at your Ethics and Compliance Office knows that I gave permission because she is a nurse even though she wasn't there.

Their latest commercial starts off with a man walking in the door and asks if you are smart enough to use their service. Then tells you that you are not smart enough and will need time to become smart. Then he talks down to a customer service representative. Makes me never want to ever lower myself to save money.

I order from Kroger delivery because it's the only store close to me.
Last week I placed an order to be delivered between 7:00-8:00 AM. At 9:05 I received a voicemail from Kroger that was illegible. All I could understand was the word credit. I called the customer service number and they had no idea why I was called. Finally after about half an hour I was told that they had staffing issues at the distribution center and they had no intention to deliver that day. They also had no idea why I wasn't contacted for over an hour AFTER the delivery window. They then sent me an email saying they were sorry that I canceled the order even though they canceled.
Kroger admittedly hires customer service representatives and supervisors from outside the country with little understanding of the English language.
Another trick that Kroger pulls is to offer a discount amount or a certain price if you order a certain number of items and be out of stock or substitute an item that's not on the list. Then they charge you full price for every item since you didn't get enough of the items on the list.
For over a year they posted on the website that the driver would contact when they arrive but it didn't happen. Customer service representatives, supervisors and corporate office personnel said that the driver wasn't supposed to contact the customer even though it was posted on the website. Eventually that statement was removed.
