Absolutely ridiculous excuse of a company. The amount of times I've placed an order that included 'pre order' items which have made a NEXT DAY delivery delayed by a week or more is disgusting! I placed an order with pre order items on Tuesday 29th March 2022, had to cancel it on 1st April 2022 as days of advisors telling me 'it'll be dispatched tomorrow' over and over was getting exhausting. I've just looked at the items on their site and the order STILL wouldn't have been dispatched yet! I even tagged Adam Frisby the owner in a story on Instagram explaining my frustration at him releasing new lines every single day when previous orders aren't getting dispatched and he viewed it and ignored it. He's more interested in making money off of non dispatched orders than producing quality products that arrive on time. I'll never order from them ever again. Horrid customer service, a useless company owner & 8 times out of 10 the clothes are cheap and poorly made. I've seen so many other women with the same issues so I'm not just being bitter over one order. I'm being bitter over multiple delayed / not received orders along with other peoples issues also. Not that Adam or any of the 'influencers' he uses will care, they just enjoy people filling their bank accounts & not whether you get your order or if your order is of long lasting quality for the excessive prices. One advisor ignored my annoyance and offered me 10% off my next order… whilst I was complaining about an order I still hadn't received…I'll stick to ASOS thanks!
