7/17/20 These reviews are very accurate unfortunately, I didn't read them until now. According to their policy you have 12 hours to cancel which I've never heard of and I requested cancellation before items were shipped but Rosie said because it was past 12 hours I had to wait to receive my package to return it and get a refund. After almost a month later I received the items refused the package and now Rosie has the nerve to say I didn't read the policy and should go read it. First she tells me I have to receive my items to return it and get a refund now say I need to read the policy. She is not help at all I wonder if that is her real name or fake name. It's a shame to have to deal with bad customer service she was not helpful at all. I will NEVER purchase from Janecloset again and will be telling all my 500+ family members not including my friends not to order from her either. These people want to screw you out of your money even after you returned/refused the merchandise!
