I booked with this company for a pick up transfer in Tokyo Japan. First transfer went smoothly. They send you a email with a 5% discount for a return trip.
I booked and paid a premium price for a 2023 van as we had our two grandchildren with us. Just before it was to arrive they said we were to be picked up in a 1997 van ( 26 years old) I was unhappy about that so first alarm bell.
We waited at our hotel for the transfer pick up and it NEVER arrived. 45 minutes of waiting and we had a international flight to get. We almost missed our flight and were the last passengers to check in. I called the driver and they said can you wait another 30 minutes! I said impossible as we will miss our flight.
The driver said they had refunded me (photo below) as it was their mistake - this would have been ok as I had to pay for another transfer. But NO - get transfer only offer a credit even though they cancelled the booking- they can NOT be trusted and are a scam company- be very aware of booking a return transfer with them as this is how I got scammed. Scammed me on the model year of van (2023 to 1997) which I paid a premium for then never showed up!
Driver texted me to say they missed the details of my booking.
Also a lot of reviews say they do not pay their drivers- DO NOT use them - first time I have been scammed in my life
