Very good service! We were a family of 6 people. We booked a transfer from Paris airport to the Pavillon Monceau Hotel and back. Our plane arrived late so we informed the driver. I just wanted to express my gratitude to the customer service team for their prompt response, which included not only an email but also a phone call to ask more and apologise. Nobody seems to notice these things, especially complaints, yet this was handled flawlessly.

We booked the service well in advance of our holiday. Soon after booking and paying I received a confirmation with all the travel information. I immediately contacted the driver and arranged a specific meeting point. Everything worked out perfectly.

The first driver was driving aggressively, constantly making sharp maneuvers. Driver on the return trip was perfection itself. Polite, calm. He helped me load my luggage and unload it at the airport. Only because of him 5 points.
