I recently filed a complaint with Gettransfer regarding a driver who arrived 30 minutes early to pick me up. I just wanted to express my gratitude to the customer service team for their prompt response, which included not only an email but also a phone call to ask more and apologise. Nobody seems to notice these things, especially complaints, yet this was handled flawlessly.
