I remember when clothes were manufactured in the United States and the dyes were crisp. That rarely happens anymore. The clothes I bought do fit except for two items of 4. I just want to exchange but there is no easy way to do that.
I sent an email to their customer service on Saturday, September 4. It is now September 7. Because of the holiday I hope to hear from them by Thursday, September 9. I believe that that is reasonable.
Have not received any response yet, waiting a week before I contact again.
