Although the website cites 5 to 15 days for shipping, this is completely erroneous. At the beginning, customer service was responsive in my inquiries. Now that the 15 days are long past, I am receiving absolutely no correspondence on the status of my order. The website guarantees a 24-hour response, it's been over a week since my last inquiry and I have received no word from the company on the status of my order. At this point, I'm questioning the legitimacy of this business.

The production time might be delayed sometimes, hold you could understand. And please confirm with our online customer service with expected delivery date if you need the order to be delivered in a hurry. We have 24 hours online chat customer service, and toll free numbers on week days.
